1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any House Inc product or service — including Limbo Pool, Vigil, hosted Microsoft licensing, or this website — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2 Our Services

House Inc is a Microsoft Certified Partner (since 2016) providing the following services to organizations:

• Azure Cloud solutions, Microsoft 365 deployment, security & compliance consulting, business intelligence, and IT infrastructure services.
• Hosted Microsoft licensing — access to our managed pool of 285,000 licenses on an annual subscription basis.
• Limbo Pool — a proprietary network isolation and access-control platform developed in-house.
• Vigil — a proprietary advanced materials monitoring and asset integrity platform developed in-house.

3 Customer Information and Data Handling, Encryption & Retention

We take a minimal-data approach. We only collect the information necessary to provision and operate the services you subscribe to (such as account credentials, license activation records, and subscription status).

• Encrypted while active — for as long as your account or subscription remains active, all customer data is stored encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption (TLS for transmission, AES-256 for storage).
• Deletion on opt-out — upon deactivation, unsubscription, or account closure, associated customer data is removed from our production systems. We do not maintain marketing databases, behavioral profiles, or long-term archives of former customers.
• Limited exceptions — we may retain minimal records strictly required by law (such as billing records for tax compliance) for the legally mandated period only, and nothing beyond that.

4 No Social Media Integration & No Advertising

House Inc does not operate any social media presence connected to these services, and we do not monetize your data or attention through advertising of any kind.

5 Subscription & License Terms

Services such as Limbo Pool are offered on an annual subscription basis. By activating a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Each subscription term runs for exactly one (1) year from the activation date unless otherwise stated.
• You may deactivate your subscription at any time from your client dashboard; deactivation takes effect immediately and is irreversible for that subscription instance.
• Licenses provisioned through our hosted licensing program (285,000-license pool) remain the property of House Inc and are licensed, not sold, to your organization for the duration of your agreement.

6 Microsoft Marketplace Subscriptions

If you purchase House Inc services through the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, your subscription is also subject to Microsoft's Marketplace terms. Billing, plan changes, and quantity changes for marketplace subscriptions are processed through Microsoft's Fulfillment API; House Inc receives only the subscription and usage data necessary to provision your service.

7 Limitation of Liability

House Inc provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we maintain enterprise-grade security and uptime practices, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or Microsoft partner obligations. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
