These terms govern your use of House Inc services, including Limbo Pool, Vigil, and our hosted Microsoft licensing program.
By accessing or using any House Inc product or service β including Limbo Pool, Vigil, hosted Microsoft licensing, or this website β you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
House Inc is a Microsoft Certified Partner (since 2016) providing the following services to organizations:
We take a minimal-data approach. We only collect the information necessary to provision and operate the services you subscribe to (such as account credentials, license activation records, and subscription status).
When you deactivate or cancel a House Inc service, we do not retain your customer data. Account information, configuration data, and service-related records associated with the deactivated subscription are permanently deleted from our active systems. We do not keep a copy "just in case" β once you opt out, your data is gone.
House Inc does not operate any social media presence connected to these services, and we do not monetize your data or attention through advertising of any kind.
Our services have no integration with, login through, or data sharing to any social media platform. There are no social plugins, trackers, or share widgets embedded in our products.
We do not display third-party ads, sell customer data to advertisers, or use your information to build advertising profiles. Our services are funded directly through subscriptions and licensing β not data monetization.
Services such as Limbo Pool are offered on an annual subscription basis. By activating a subscription, you agree to the following:
If you purchase House Inc services through the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, your subscription is also subject to Microsoft's Marketplace terms. Billing, plan changes, and quantity changes for marketplace subscriptions are processed through Microsoft's Fulfillment API; House Inc receives only the subscription and usage data necessary to provision your service.
House Inc provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we maintain enterprise-grade security and uptime practices, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or Microsoft partner obligations. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If you have questions about these Terms of Service, our data handling practices, or wish to exercise your right to have your data deleted, please reach out to us directly.
